Reiki Healing
Reiki healing is offered at my home in Farmoor. Please see Reiki page for more details

Saturday Workshops
One day yoga workshops are offered approximately every 6 weeks in the Autumn and Spring terms. A great way to deepen your yoga practise with the time to explore that weekly classes cannot provide. Details given on the page Special Events. Please pay the 50% deposit to secure your place, use the pay button for paypal below, drop a cheque into class or email for postal details.

Yoga Breaks and Holidays
Weekends in the UK and a week overseas are planned for 2009 please email to register your interest. Currently details are being confirmed for Yoga and Golf allowing partners with different interests to share a weekend away.

If you have a group who would like to organize a Yoga week away, you are organizing a work Away-day or would like a session taught at your workplace please phone Hazel to discuss availability.
