Your Inner Warrior - ground and strengthen your yoga

Define Yourself and Explore Your Boundaries and Inner fire. Centre and find your yoga foundation with the standing Vibhrasanas, or Warrior poses. Find which Goddess or Warrior you resonate with today and design your intention by drawing on their strengths for some fun and subtle mindset or energy shifts. As always choice to strengthen or ease off, longer time for our Savasana. Includes lunch and we close with cuppa and cake to share our feedback. 10am to 4pm £125.00 (Early Bird £95 available until 8/05/2024). Book

In Person Weekly Yoga

Tuesday 30 or 31 January; 6 or 7 February £15.50 and decide if class suits you for rest of term. Enjoy a balance of yoga poses, sequences with time for relaxation, breathwork and stillness. Options to challenge or ease off, working with how you are in this moment.

Yoga Online starts 8 January 2024, so do drop in when you can. As many of you find just love to roll out the mat at the end of the working day! No commute to yoga with class straight to your screen. Book when you have time for yoga where ever you are, from my yoga space at home.

Yoga in the Halls

We are all enjoying to have our group energy sharing yoga in the real again and no longer wear facemasks but wise to bring your aniti-viral hand gel as touching feet or hall floor!

For all classes I will need you to complete a health questionnaire and includes a handout to help you get started.

Need support in these tricky times? Do get in touch for a reduced fee for Monday 6pm Online or live Tuesday 6.45pm classes. Yoga is such a great support when life isn't easy, so please just ask. I will continue to offer reduced spaces to those that need them as I always have, one person in each session in the halls. Just drop me a message.

Yoga can be 'an oil' for creaky bodies; breath and meditation to reduce stress; and create a better you as you undo sport or desk bound posture.

Saturday Retreats are a different theme held bi-monthly. Held in different halls to make the most of open spaces for al fresco yoga if summer weather allows or move to the snug yet light and airy rooms for the colder season.
