Summer Yoga Classes are dotted through the school break. Visiting locally or your class stopped for vacation most welcome to join us. Book a cheaper block by 1 July or drop in as and when. 

Enjoy a balance of yoga poses, sequences with time for relaxation, breathwork and stillness. Options to challenge or ease off, working with how you are in this moment.

Yoga in the Halls

We are all enjoying to have our group energy sharing yoga in the real again and no longer wear facemasks but wise to bring your aniti-viral hand gel as touching feet or hall floor!

For all classes I will need you to complete a health questionnaire and includes a handout to help you get started.

Need support in these tricky times? Do get in touch for a reduced fee for Monday 6pm Online or live Tuesday 6.45pm classes. Yoga is such a great support when life isn't easy, so please just ask. I will continue to offer reduced spaces to those that need them as I always have, one person in each session in the halls. Just drop me a message.

Yoga can be 'an oil' for creaky bodies; breath and meditation to reduce stress; and create a better you as you undo sport or desk bound posture.

Saturday Retreats are a different theme held bi-monthly. Held in different halls to make the most of open spaces for al fresco yoga if summer weather allows or move to the snug yet light and airy rooms for the colder season.
