Description

Allow space and head room to move your energies to the approaching Autumn. 

Always good to remove yourself from the every day, focus on the now, away from technology and life stuff. Explore the stability of the warrior poses and sequences to ground and connect. Longer Savasana or relaxation, lead with visualisation, in both the morning and afternoon sessions, gives you the opportunity to undo and just be. Using Tibetan healing sequences and pranayama to release and reflect on your wellbeing. The shared energy with group connecting in meditations deepens our inner serenity. Reclaim a whole you and leave with a sense of balance and fresh outlook. 

Yoga Full Day Retreat
working with key poses and sequences to challenge and deepen if you wish or ease back, working with how you are today. Relaxation and stillness closes morning. After flowing sequence and calm poses for post lunch moving into longer lead Savasana and meditation.
Full day Session: 9.30am to 3.30pm £65.00

Morning session: 9.30am to 12.30pm £40.00

Afternoon session: Gentle yoga flow, Meditation and pranayama 1.30pm to 3.30pm £35.00 

This is mixed ability session, ideal for students who have experience of some yoga. Options to deepen your yoga or ease back into yoga. Get in touch to chat through if suits you or any health concerns or conditions needing modification.
