Revive and Re-Energise
10am to 3.30pm. Teas/Tissanes/cold drinks from 9.30am Come and settle in early

Uplifting sequences and asanas to greet the Spring energies. Focus on alignment and how to center both body and mind in our yoga. Deepen our breath and set our intention with affirmation. Lead visualisation helps us relax deeper bring cushions or bolsters to relax and restore. Day includes pairwork and sequences with breathe or pranayama and meditation.

Morning yoga workshop. Mindful sequences and  breath-work with time to recharge and enliven mind and body.
