Yoga to revive and release the stresses of the day midweek
We are back in the hall but with restricted space, so you are welcome to join yoga online from your Front room. Full hour and half with asana and sequences, relaxation, breath and stillness. We have all been surprised how well the yoga has worked online and allowed to continue through Lock-down and continues now so no-one misses yoga.
Deancourt has really good protocols and safe actions in place. It is so enjoyable to have yoga in the real with safely distanced mats, in this well maintained, clean and well aired hall.

When Life Gets Back to Normal - Directions to Botley Yoga Class
To find the centre: OX2 9DH. Leaving Botley, towards Farmoor, the hall is slightly hidden away in very centre of Pinnocks Way. Follow the road to right of small green, immediately past the Indian takeaway and shop there is a left turn into a narrow lane that takes you into the centre and signed posted for the Play Area. Parking at the hall is newly resurfaced. Dean Court Community Centre was recently rebuilt so a warm eco building with airy bright hall.

The Deancourt community is a thriving centre with lots on. There is chair based exercise on Wednesday morning if you know of someone who needs to exercise more gently and have modifications. Do look at their website to find out more about Deancourt CC.
New to Yoga?
Thinking of starting Yoga? If you have a general level of fitness and feel able then joining the class will be fine with lots of hints to help you get started. The mixed ability class gives options to deepen or challenge your yoga.
Need to build up your fitness and start yoga then best to take your first few classes in the Wednesday morning sessions now online to ease in more gently?
There are occasionally Introduction Sessions to find your yoga feet before joining the weekly class. With a slower pace and opportunity to learn some of the sequences and key poses. We also try the basic breathing and enjoy the best part of class with the lead relaxation of course! Drop me a line for when the next one is offered.
