Hour & half class with moving, relaxation, breath & stillness

Gain strength and knowledge there is plenty of tougher options for those wanting more challenge

Directions to Botley Yoga Class

To find the centre: OX2 9DH. Leaving Botley, towards Farmoor, the hall is slightly hidden away in very centre of Pinnocks Way. Follow the road to right of small green, immediately past the Indian takeaway and shop there is a left turn into a narrow lane that takes you into the centre and signed posted for the Play Area. Parking at the hall is newly resurfaced. Dean Court Community Centre was recently rebuilt so a warm eco building with airy bright hall.

The Deancourt community is a thriving centre with lots on. There is chair based exercise on Wednesday morning if you know of someone who needs to ease into exercise more gently. Do look at their website to find out more about Deancourt CC.

Introduction to Yoga: At Cumnor Old School Monday 2 September 10am

Thinking of starting Yoga?  Do Join the Introduction to Yoga on Monday 2 September up the road in Cumnor. A smaller Introduction session with handouts provided. Book on-line.

Monday 2 September 10am to 12noon with drinks provided and handouts. Borrow a mat if you don't have your own.

Find your yoga feet before joining the weekly class. With a slower pace and opportunity to learn some of the sequences and key poses. We also try the basic breathing and enjoy the best part of class with the lead relaxation of course!
