Yoga for Strength Flexibility and Calm

  • Hour & half class with moving, relaxation, breath & stillness
  • Gain strength and knowledge there is plenty of tougher options for those wanting more challenge
  • Find life too busy? Then choose option to drop in at £15.00
  • Come and try your first class for £10!

Directions to Botley Yoga Class

To find the centre: OX2 9DH. Leaving Botley, towards Farmoor, the hall is slightly hidden away in very centre of Pinnocks Way. Follow the road to right of small green, immediately past the Indian takeaway and shop there is a left turn into a narrow lane that takes you into the centre and signed posted for the Play Area. Parking at the hall and in front of fence, newly resurfaced. Dean Court Community Centre was recently rebuilt so a warm eco building with airy bright hall.

The Deancourt community is a thriving new centre with lots on. There is chair based exercise on Wednesday morning if need to ease into exercise more gently. Do look at their website to find out more about Deancourt CC.

Introduction to Yoga ~ Ideal Beginners

With enough interest, I can run smaller Introduction session at £20. Email to join the waiting list. It is usually a two hour session
10am to 12noon with handouts provided

This class is great for the small group of new people to begin together before joining the full class. Even with some yoga experience or general fitness the smaller classes are a way of easing into yoga and refresh your yoga body and learn some of the sequences and key poses. We also try the basic breathing and enjoy the best part of class the chance to relax!
