Mindful Friday Yoga
Hatha Yoga class to round off your week. Friendly local class with slightly softer approach to be fully mixed ability. Work with mindfulness and strength with lots of adaptations to be your best. Don’t get bored, instead enjoy weekly changing class of sequences and poses, with tips to use in every day. Let go of the week, as you breathe to find calm and fully relax with lead relaxation. Final stretches close our Friday Yoga so you can head home refreshed for your weekend.
