Botley Yoga has a space, come and join us! The Deancourt community centre is a great open and light hall with plenty of parking and bike racks, and even electric car charging points. 

Join the Autumn Term with cheaper half block from 1 November to 13 December 2023.

Usual 90minute yoga session with changing mix of postures and sequences. Options to challenge or to work safely with softer version. Yoga gives us the tools to strengthen and to gain flexibility.

Join from 6.30pm to settle in for yoga 6.45pm to 8.15pm.
