Enjoy a mindful doing. Our creative making session introduces a different craft or aromatherapy linked to the workshop theme. All materials provided so you can experiment and create (with cheats options for so you like what you take home!). Plus importantly allows the delicious lunch to settle.

Completely decompress with a longer relaxation. Release into gravity in the warm and aromatherapy filled room as lead through a visualisation savasana. 

Pranayama to open our breathing and calm the mind for stillness.

Take away some tips and mini home sessions to carry your yoga home with your mat! Longer retreat will enable us unravel poses and to connect with breath and mind. Find your inner calm  longer lead Savasana, pranayama and meditation.

Yoga and Chakras Retreat

Enjoy your yoga with the inner energy work with colour, sound and imagery. Working with the Chakras or energetic system, bringing together our physical and ethereal selves to enhance and deepen our yoga and understanding. Wear colourful clothes to enhance your vibes as we flow through poses and sequences. 

We close with lead meditation using colour & chakra imagery taken from the traditional texts. Meditation and breathwork with time to connect with your inner calm

For a change put yourself first and given yourself the kindness and care you deserve. Carve out a morning for you with like minded folk and enjoy sharing healthy lunch before heading home.

Yoga and Gong Bath

Put aside the busy-ness,  Pause from your juggling of life, and work demands nibbling into your down time! A chance to turn off your devices and enjoy a longer morning of yoga sequences and key poses. Tracy leads you into a deep relaxation 'release and find yourself cocooned in sound by Tracy Penny. Gong, Tibetan and Crystal bowls and percussion help you tofind that ooohh moment. Enjoy stillness and breath, with lunch to follow.
