Monday Yoga Online classes with Hazel on zoom from my home to yours!

Join for August at later 6.15pm start. Welcome to drop in £11, or cheaper block for the next 3 weeks in holidays? 10, 17 and 24 August 2026. Ready for September, book the term through to December. 

Start the working week with unrolling your mat end of day and rebalance for week ahead. Interactive 90minute yoga class with Hazel. Work with strength and focus and reward yourself with finding calm with breath and relaxation.

Start your week and shrug off your working day with Online yoga. Perfect with no commuting, except from desk to yoga mat, to enjoy yoga in your space or if you need to self isolate or travelling. Usual 90minute yoga session with changing mix of postures and sequences. Options to challenge or to work safely with softer version. Yoga gives you the tools to strengthen and to gain flexibility. Tips to ease tension or tightness and improve posture through the week.

Summer Join from 6.05pm for 6.15pm to 7.45pm.
Please set up your laptop/device so I can see you to give advice and tips during the class. Check you have a clear space to move. Check spam folder as I will send you the Zoom code shortly.
