Yoga at Home to enjoy in your own time at home 
Yoga at Home Recording , shared weekly on Zoom with Hazel demonstrating and giving instructions throughout. These live lessons were recording during from one of my live classes, either from Monday in the hall or my online class from home

Yoga at Home 90 minute Class will include

• Warms up and limbering start the hours yoga with mindful breathing
• Linked poses and sequences and key poses vary each week
• Choices to modify or challenge as mixed ability
• A lead relaxation, have a blanket for the cooler 
• Breathwork and stillness
• Closing stretches ready for the rest of your day or evening

The Zoom link and password are sent to you on the Monday (or Sunday if bank holiday) with a brief overview of the class content. Includes suggestions to help with modifications but through the lesson I am giving options to ease off if need to, or suggestions to challenge yourself if feels good to.
